  Associates ignore your requests, say they will be back to you, but instead are having social hour with each other. If you ask if parts are in stock, they will deny that they have it, but after 10 or 15 minutes of digging, you will end up finding what you were looking for. Not only are the sales associates terrible, the delivery and customer service are a joke. Ordered a fireplace that should have been in two weeks ago. Last week, they built a completely different model, and said that it was what we ordered, when the one they built was 50 bucks cheaper. Now, it should have been delivered today, but no one even called to tell us that the fireplace wasn't even in. All they tell you is "I don't know"
