  Over priced, Rude and the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Go ANYWHERE else but here. Aaron's, Rent a Center, even Big Lots & Gabes! Go to Lowe's, and check their clearance. Also, 2 days after I had told Prime Rental to come get their stove, because their delivery driver swore at me and left before I could tell him to take it and leave, I had told them that I went to Lowes and bought a stove from them. The next day, Lowes called me and told me that someone claiming to be me had called and tried to cancel the delivery of my stove. By the way, this was 2 days AFTER my stove was ALREADY delivered and installed. They said that the woman used the wrong name, wrong phone number, and didn't know the order number. And oh yeah, they didn't know THAT THE STOVE WAS ALREADY DELIVERED TWO DAYS BEFORE THEY CALLED AND TRIED TO CANCEL MY DELIVERY! So not only is the service terrible, they called Lowe's and ATTEMPTED TO IMPERSONATE ME because they were salty that I put them on blast and had proof that I was treated badly and also had proof that somehow my payment was 'lost' aka Stolen.
