  I get printing done here alot, a whole,lot Today with no warning, I get charged a 1 hour guarantee fee of 8 bucks on a 30 dollar order No sign, no warning Oh it must be new I can't change it says the lady at the counter I was in a rush and had to take it

  Giving this place even 1 Star is too good for them. When I entered the store the employees were standing around talking to each other not helping customers. I was able to get one of them help me with a computer and when I asked to buy it the employee said they were sold out of all of their computers. The employee then walked back over to the group of employees and started talking again. Very disappointed and disrespected. I would suggest going into the Washington staples for anything you need instead of this one.
